3. 混凝土混合物溫度過高，尤其是夏天，氣溫高，水化反應(yīng)快，塌落度損失大。 強(qiáng)度等級低的混凝土易出現(xiàn)泌水。砂率小的混凝土易出現(xiàn)泌水、離析現(xiàn)象。連續(xù)粒徑碎石的砼泌水??；

3. The temperature of concrete mixture is too high, especially in summer. The concrete with low strength grade is prone to bleeding. The concrete with small sand ratio is prone to bleeding and segregation. The concrete bleeding of continuous size gravel is small;

4. 混凝土外加劑的保水性、增稠性、引氣性差的混凝土易出現(xiàn)泌水。超量摻混凝土外加劑的混凝土易出現(xiàn)泌水、離析現(xiàn)象。部分型號(hào)的混凝土攪拌車攪拌性能不良，經(jīng)一定的路程的運(yùn)送，初始出料時(shí)混凝土混合物發(fā)生明顯的粗骨料上浮現(xiàn)象；

4. The concrete with poor water retention, thickening and air entrainment of concrete admixtures is prone to bleeding. The concrete with excessive concrete admixtures is prone to bleeding and segregation. The mixing performance of some types of concrete mixers is poor. After a certain distance of transportation, the coarse aggregate floats obviously when the concrete mixture is initially discharged;

5. 自上料攪拌車攪拌筒內(nèi)有積水，裝料前未排干凈或在運(yùn)送過程中，任意往攪拌筒內(nèi)加水。

有問題就一定能找到問題的辦法，下面自上料攪拌車說說問題的方法：

1. 根本的辦法就是減少單位用水量；2. 加大砂率，選擇合理的砂率；3. 炎熱夏季，采取措施降低混凝土混合物的溫度；4. 加大水泥用量或摻適量的Ⅰ、Ⅱ級粉煤灰；5. 采用連續(xù)級配的碎石，且針片狀含量小；6. 改善混凝土外加劑性能，使其具有更好的保水。增稠性，或適量減低砼外加劑摻量（僅現(xiàn)場），攪拌站若降低混凝土外加劑摻量，又可能出現(xiàn)混凝土砼塌落損失快的新問題；7. 自上料攪拌車在卸料前，應(yīng)中、高速旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌筒，是混凝土混合物均勻后卸料；8. 加強(qiáng)管理，對清洗后的攪拌車攪拌筒，須排盡積水后方可裝料。裝料后，嚴(yán)禁隨意往攪拌筒內(nèi)加水。自上料攪拌車的泌水、離析問題找準(zhǔn)原因就很容易了！

Thickening, or reducing the amount of concrete admixtures (only on site), if the mixing station reduces the amount of concrete admixtures, the new problem of rapid collapse loss of concrete may appear; 7. Before discharging, the self loading mixer truck should rotate the mixing drum at medium and high speed, so as to discharge after the concrete mixture is uniform; 8 Strengthen management, after cleaning the mixer drum, must drain the water before loading. After loading, it is forbidden to add water to the mixing drum at will. It is easy to solve the problem of bleeding and segregation of feeding mixer!
