自上料攪拌車使用時(shí)需要注意什么？
【1】、攪拌車液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)液壓油的壓力、油量、油質(zhì)、油溫應(yīng)達(dá)到規(guī)定要求，無滲漏現(xiàn)象。

【2】、攪拌運(yùn)輸中，裝載混凝土量不能超過允許裝載質(zhì)量。

【3】、攪拌車露天停放時(shí)，裝料前應(yīng)先將攪拌筒反轉(zhuǎn)，讓筒內(nèi)的積水和雜物排出。裝料前，更好先向通內(nèi)加少量水，使進(jìn)料流暢，防止粘料。

4】、攪拌車行駛中，接長的卸料槽必須翻轉(zhuǎn)后固定在卸槽上，再轉(zhuǎn)與車身垂直部位，用銷軸與機(jī)架固定，防止由于不固定而引起擺動(dòng)，打傷行人或影響車輛運(yùn)行。

【5】、攪拌車通過橋、洞、庫等設(shè)施時(shí)，應(yīng)注意通過高度及寬度，以免發(fā)生碰撞事故。特別需要注意的是現(xiàn)在的四軸罐車的長度很長，在通過橋洞高度接近極，長長的車身是下圓弧路面上的一道弦，能通過的高度會(huì)降低。
