將操作手柄轉到中位，使液壓油泵不能再產生高壓油；將發動機熄火，在確保液壓系統已經卸壓的情況下旋松馬達或減速機上的高壓油管，推動拌筒旋轉，使拌筒檢修孔斜向下；

③若是發動機不能啟動，應先判斷如能重新將發動機啟動起來，并可以工作一定的時間，則先將發動機啟動，排出砼后再進行故障的檢修。
