中科自上料攪拌機剩料如何清理
在使用中科自上料攪拌機的過程中，有時會遇到一些事故。如果遇到這種情況，如何清洗槽內剩余的物料?

1.關閉控制室電源開關，并懸掛“不關閉”警告標志。
1. Turn off the power switch in the control room and hang the warning sign of "do not turn off".
2.通知裝載機發生碰撞，并將裝載機斗與主機進料口對齊。
2. Inform the loader of collision and align the loader bucket with the main machine feed port.
3.打開倉庫門，員工穿戴防護裝備進入主機。用鏟子、風槍等工具清理未完成的混凝土。

4.打開卸車門，將可卸車的未攪拌混凝土卸車。

5.清理完罐內混凝土后，工作人員檢查主機葉片是否有損壞，直到確認主機底板和葉片完好為止。工作人員離開主機后，關閉主機倉門。
