由于柴油機(jī)品種、規(guī)格型號(hào)較多，對(duì)所使用的機(jī)油要求不盡一致，現(xiàn)提出兩種更換辦法：①柴油機(jī)說(shuō)明書(shū)中對(duì)機(jī)油沒(méi)有提出明確要求的或沒(méi)有“冬、夏”之分的，應(yīng)在柴油機(jī)走熱或作業(yè)結(jié)束后、水溫在八十度左右趁熱把機(jī)油放出，經(jīng)不少于24小時(shí)沉淀，重新加回使用。沉淀的油底子要倒掉，油量不足時(shí)添加新油。②柴油機(jī)說(shuō)明書(shū)中對(duì)機(jī)油有冬、夏之分的，應(yīng)更換并使用夏季機(jī)油。方法是：使柴油機(jī)水溫達(dá)到八十度，趁熱放凈機(jī)油(注意別燙傷手)。等30分鐘后，擰緊放油塞，向油底殼加入等量的柴油，中速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)12分鐘，將清洗柴油放出，留作洗件用。這樣可以排凈并清洗了油路、油道暢通無(wú)阻，給潤(rùn)滑油路無(wú)故障運(yùn)行創(chuàng)造了條件。再加入夏季機(jī)油。

空氣濾清器、柴油過(guò)濾器、機(jī)油濾清俗稱(chēng)三濾。清洗三濾主要注意的是：①三濾是紙質(zhì)濾芯，除空濾器濾芯清掃后可用外，其余更換新品。②金屬濾網(wǎng)、濾芯的，只能用干凈油、毛刷或氣筒進(jìn)行清洗，用氣體吹出臟物，切不可火燒。“三網(wǎng)”指柴油加注口、機(jī)油加注口、廢氣排除口的過(guò)濾網(wǎng)，應(yīng)徹底清洗，以使進(jìn)出暢通無(wú)阻。
