攪拌車的油耗問題與什么有關?
一、故障的一般原因
1、 General cause of failure
1、空氣濾清器受堵,使進氣不暢,造成混合氣過濃,或排氣管受堵。
1. The air filter is blocked, so that the air inlet is not smooth, resulting in too rich mixture or blocked exhaust pipe.
2、怠速調整不正確。如CO調整錯誤。

3、發動機冷卻液溫度過高或過低。冷卻液溫度過高,冷卻液容易沸騰,動力下降,油耗增高;冷卻液溫度過低,混合氣霧化不好,發動機功率下降,油耗增加。

4、點火正時不準確,如點火過遲。

1、冷卻液溫度傳感器有故障。如傳感器工作特性發生變化,就會造成噴油修正信號不準。

2、進氣壓力傳感器有故障。如傳感器輸出壓力過高,勢必造成混合氣過濃。

3、進氣溫度傳感器有故障。

4、氧傳感器有故障。如傳感器內部短路,傳感器電壓為0,電腦接收稀混合氣信號指令增加噴油量。
