檢查蓄電池固定是否牢固,電解液應在上限和下限之間,接近下線時應及時補加電解液或蒸餾水至高位線。保持蓄電池正負電纜接觸良好,并保持蓄電池清潔干燥。放置時間較長的攪拌車要摘下蓄電池的正負極電纜,相隔半個月左右重新接線起動攪拌車發動機約20分鐘后,如果電量明顯不足要及時充電。

空氣濾清器過臟會引起攪拌車發動機工作不良、油耗過大,損壞發動機等,檢查空氣濾清器時,若發現灰塵較少,堵塞較輕,可用高壓空氣從內向外吹凈,繼續使用。過臟的空氣濾清器應及時更換。九、攪拌車火花塞的檢查正常的攪拌車火花塞絕緣陶瓷完好。沒有破裂漏電現象,火花塞間隙0.8+-0.0mm放電時,火花呈藍色,較強。若發現異常需進行調整間隙或更換火花塞。
