攪拌車如何更換液壓油？
液壓泵分為齒輪泵，葉片泵，柱塞泵，螺桿泵。而攪拌機一般使用的是柱塞泵。

齒輪泵一般選用低灰液壓油，對要油品要求一般。葉片泵可選用低灰或無灰的液壓油。柱塞泵和螺桿泵都是使用無灰的液壓油，因其部件的設計精密對液壓油的灰分特別嚴重。柱塞泵使用的無灰液壓油除了要求無灰，對油品的氧化安定性要求也很高，市售一般氧化安定/min測試約300。當然也有添加劑能達1000以上。

攪有些客戶在購買商品混凝土水泥攪拌運輸車后，一般改裝廠家會給用戶壹本操縱手冊，而這個操縱手冊上應該有明確的要求齒輪油以及液壓油的標號。對付液壓系統原則上夏季利用68#的抗磨液壓油，冬季應該利用46#的抗磨液壓油，寒冷地區應該利用32#的低溫抗磨液壓油。這樣做的長處是液壓系統內油的循環越發順利，不會因為高溫油的粘稠度達不到，造成液壓油系統不能正常運轉。

（1）放開油箱卸油堵有頭；

（2）松開馬達卸油堵油頭；
(2) Loosen the motor oil discharge plug;
（3）松開泵側的回油管接頭放油；
(3) Loosen the oil return pipe connector on the pump side to drain the oil;
（4）油放完后，重新裝好卸油堵油頭及回管；
(4) After the oil is drained, reinstall the oil discharge plug and return pipe;
（5）在油箱內加入指定的油液；
(5) Add the specified oil into the oil tank;
（6）松開泵上稍高的卸油口，看殼體是否注滿了油；

（7）同樣檢查馬達殼體是否注滿了油，檢查是否保持和馬達的清潔；低速啟動引擎2-3次，確定無異常后，低速發動引擎（800-1000rpm）約10分鐘；熱機后，逐漸拉動操縱桿到傾斜角，檢查有無異常，如果一切正常，就可以正式使用了。
